Man Utd boss sir Alex Ferguson had today spoken out about Chelsea's premiership title hopes. He believes, the current Chelsea squad won't have the stamina, and they are to old, to mount a serious title challenge.
"What I'm saying is that I don't see outstanding progress coming from a team that's in their 30s."
Ferguson told a national newspaper.
Chelsea are also close to signing Brazilian striker Robinho from Real Madrid, and if reports in Spain are correct , we could see Chelsea breaking the world transfer record with the signing. The fee is thought to be in the region of £49m.
