Liverpool will hope captain Gerrard and Fernando Torres will play big parts in the crunch game.
Torres was speaking to Liverpool.TV today, "This is a very big game for the fans and for us," said Torres. "I came here to play in this type of game, in the Champions League and in other competitions.
"Inter Milan are a very good team but I think we can beat them. Why not?"
"It takes something special to do that and you don't do that unless you have a very good manager.
"That is another reason why I came to Liverpool, to work with the manager, and I have learned a lot from him since I joined."
